Licensed in 1989, Marie joined Keller Williams Beach Cities in 2004 after 14 years at RE/MAX, for a total of 21 years in Real Estate. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and Graduate of The Real Estate Institute. Marie became partners with her great friend and business partner Susan Murphy in 2005. Marie is a professional and takes pride and care in the service she provides to her clients.She specializes in pricing and staging homes to get the highest possible price for Hoffman Murphy Team clients. She also loves to help the Hoffman Murphy Team Buyers fined their perfect home. Her goal is to create relationships that last alifetime, looking at the clients highest and best interest, always! On a personal note, Marie and her husband Dwain Roque have been Jazzercise instructors for over  23 years in Hermosa and Redondo Beach and live with 6 children who eat off the floor! Susan Murphy Owner - Susan Murphy is ranked  in the top 1% of Realtors in the Country .  Sue has been licensed since 1988 and began her career at RE/MAX and after 15 years decided to make her move to Keller Williams for  total of 22 years as a Real Estate professional. Sue is a Certified Residential Specialist and counts over 900 combined sales with her partner Marie. Sue is a seasoned professional and a tough negotiator who makes sure that her clients get top dollar for their homes with the least amount of hassle. She is extremly great at follow up and goes out of her way to understand the facts and feelings of The Hoffman Murphy Team Sellers and Buyers. While Sue is not working on Real Estate, she is very active in the Redondo Beach Historical Society, loves to garden and will travel around the world on a moments notice! She is very proud of her two grown children Erin and Patrick and enjoys cooking and entertaining in her 1909 Craftsman Home.

       Danielle Glew - Listing & Marketing Manager - Danielle is a licensed real estate agent with 3+ years experience in residential sales and a B.A. Degree in Communication from University of Southern California.  Danielle handles all of our Pre-Marketing preparation for your home.  Once you make the decision to sell your home with our Team, Danielle will become your main point of contact over the first couple of weeks.  From coordinating Contractors, preparing online & print marketing & providing you with market updates, she is here to guide you through the process of preparing your home for sale. Once we open escrow, she will additionally aid in the repair request negotiations. Danielle also contributes to new business generation & team goal accountability.


Carol BurkeCarol BurkeTransaction Coordianator - Carol has been an interval part of the Hoffman Murphy Team since Sue and Marie first joined forces.  She acts as our Team Office Manager and file Transaction Coordinator.  When we accept an offer and open escrow your file is placed into her very capable hands. Carol will orchestrate the sale of your home from point of signature through close. She will walk you through the process of your transaction, from explaining the necessary paperwork to sign, scheduling your inspection and appraisal dates, and most importantly holds the lender, escrow and title representatives accountable for a smooth and timely close.  Carol is there to support you, and answer any questions you may have every step of the way—until move-out day.
